Create & Activate Your Pura Account
Once you place your first order, an account is created using the email you placed your order with. Be sure to activate your account once it's been created.

If you haven't placed an order with us and don't have an account, you can still sign up and Create an Account. Once you sign up, you can connect a diffuser and order through the app.

Download the Pura app on your phone and click Create a new account.

Choose a Sign Up option
Sign up is available with Apple, Facebook or Google–or manual sign in by entering your information then clicking Create Account.

Enter your email verification code
Check your inbox for the email verification code and enter it into the app. Click verify email to proceed.
If you didn't receive the account activation email, be sure to check your spam folders, or reach out to Customer Care and an agent can provide one to you.
