Returns are processed through Pura’s Returns Portal. A return label will be provided free of charge.

Go to Returns Portal

Go to the Returns Portal located on and enter the order number you wish to return in the format of PSI123456, and the zip code, then select the Get Started button.


Select Product

Choose the item from your order you would like to return.


Select the reason for the return.

Enter Additional Information

You may need to enter additional information to process the return. Once the information has been entered, click Continue.

Repeat if Needed

If you have more than one item in your order, you will need to repeat the process for each item you wish to return. Once all items have been processed, press Continue With Return.



Returns can be refunded to the original payment method, or through store credit if applicable. Select the preferred refund method.


Submit Return

Review the return and then complete the process by clicking Submit Return.
