Account and Subscription Management

Create & Activate Your Pura Account

Once you place your first order, an account is created using the email you placed your order with. Be sure to activate your account once it's been created.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how

If you haven't placed an order with us and don't have an account, you can still sign up and Create an Account. Once you sign up, you can connect a device and order through the app.

Download the Pura app on your phone and click Sign Up

Choose a Sign Up option

You can sign up with Apple, Facebook, or Google

...or sign in manually by entering your information, then clicking Sign Up.

Enter your email verification code

The email verification code is sent to the email you signed up with.

If you didn't receive the account activation email, be sure to check your spam folders, or reach out to Customer Care and an agent can provide one to you.

You've successfully created an account!

Once you've verified your email, you'll be taken to the home screen of your app.
