Place Your First Order

Once you place your first order, an account is created using the email you placed your order with. Be sure to activate your account once it's been created. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Don't Have an Account or Haven't Placed an Order Yet?

If you haven't placed an order with us and don't have an account, you can still sign up and Create an Account. Once you sign up, you can connect a device and order through the app.

Create an account step-by-step 

1. Download the Pura app on your phone and click Sign Up.

2. You can sign up with Apple, Facebook, or Google,

or sign in manually by entering your information, then clicking Sign Up.

3. Next, you'll need to enter the email verification code sent to your email you signed up with.

Didn't get an email?  If you didn't receive the account activation email, be sure to check your spam folders, or reach out to Customer Care and an agent can provide one to you. Delete

Once you've verified your email, you'll be taken to the home screen of your app. You've successfully created an account!
