Add & Remove Subscription Fragrances

Please Note
If you add a new fragrance to your subscription, you will need to manually adjust its frequency to match that of your other fragrances.
Additionally, if you're locked into a 6-month subscription, you will not be able to manually add or remove fragrances. If you would like to make changes to your subscription, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
Manage Your Subscriptions |
Add one-time purchase items, or remove items from your subscription order. Follow these steps to learn how: |
Add A Subscription Fragrance |
1. Open your Pura app and go to the Deliveries tab at the bottom of your screen. |
 |
2. Select the Add Items button. |
 |
3. Select the fragrance you'd like to add to your next subscription order, then click Add. |
 |
4. Next, choose to Subscribe And Save, then click Add To Delivery. |
 |
5. If your Deliveries page reflects the option you've chosen, you have successfully added your new subscription fragrance. |
Remove Fragrances |
1. Open your Pura app and go to the Deliveries tab at the bottom of your screen. |
 |
2. Click the three dots above the fragrance you'd like to remove, then click Remove Product. |
 |
3. Confirm by clicking Yes, Remove Product. |
 |
4. Once your done removing your fragrance, you'll get a verification pop-up that says Removed Successfully. |
 |
Note: You can only remove fragrances when there are two or more items to remove. To remove the final fragrance, you'll need to cancel your subscription.
