Your first payment out of the four installments will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks to your payment method saved on Shop Pay. We will email you before every charge, just to make sure you're aware and updated. Shop Pay can be used to purchase any of our products as long as it is a one time purchase between $50 - $3,000. Shop Pay will not work with subscription purchases.

What Can I Purchase With Shop Pay?

DeleteWhat Does It Mean To Pay With Installments On Shop Pay?
When you check out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now, or later. This allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal, biweekly payments that have no hidden or late fees, and 0% interest. Shop Pay does not affect your credit score either. In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise your first payment is due 2 weeks

Payment methods that are accepted by the 'Shop Pay' feature are debit and credit cards.
What If I Return/Cancel A Product That Was Purchased With Shop Pay?
When processing a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. instead you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
DeleteWhat Happens If I Make An Early Or Late Payment?
There are no penalties or fees for paying more than the installment amount, or for paying off your whole balance. However, partial payments or late payments may affect future approvals to use Shop Pay installments.
DeleteWhy Was My Installment Payment Rejected?
The approval and eligibility of Shop Pay installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. Pura does not have control over this process. You will receive an email from Affirm with further details as to why your payment was rejected.
DeleteCan I Adjust The Price I Pay For Installment Orders?
No. The installment amount you pay every 2 weeks is fixed upon splitting your payment into 4 equal amounts.

Payment Schedule
Shop App
- Sign in to the Shop app.
- On the home screen, tap the installment purchase you'd like to review.
Shop Pay on your Desktop:
- Sign into your Shop Pay account.
- From the Shop Pay account screen, click the installment purchase you'd like to review.
Add New Card
Shop App
- Sign into the Shop app.
- Tap on the account icon in the bottom right corner.
- In the Shop Pay section, tap Wallet.
- In the cards section, tap Add Card, then complete the required fields.
- Confirm or change your billing address.
- Press Save Card.
Shop Pay on your Desktop
- Sign into your Shop Pay account.
- In the cards section, click the drop-down arrow and choose Add Card.
- Complete the required fields.
- Confirm your bill-to address. If you have to change your billing address:
- Click the drop-down arrow and select Use A Different Address.
- Update your information and click Save Billing Address.
- Press Save Card.
Change Card Info
Shop App
- Sign into the Shop app.
- In the home section, tap the purchase that you want to change the automatic payment settings for.
- Tap View Installments.
- Tap Payment Options.
- Make sure the automatic payment slider is swiped right.
- Tap the payment method you want to use for this purchase. Note: If the payment method isn't listed, then tap Use A Different Card and complete the required fields.
Shop Pay on your Desktop
- Sign into your Shop Pay account.
- From the home page, select the purchase that you want to change the automatic payment settings for.
- In the automatic payments section, click Edit.
- Use the drop-down list to select a payment method or use a different card.
- Click Update.
- Click Continue.
Manual Payment
Shop app
- Sign into the Shop app
- In the home section, tap the purchase that you want to make a payment for.
- Click View Installments.
- Tap Make A Payment.
- In the amount to pay section, select your preferred option. Note: Custom amounts must be more than $1.00, and less-than, or equal-to the remaining balance.
- In the card section, tap the payment method you want to use.
- Tap Pay Now.
- Tap Continue.
Shop Pay on your Desktop
- Sign into your Shop Pay account
- From the home page, select the purchase that you want to make a payment for.
- Click Make Payment.
- In the amount to pay section, select your preferred option. Note: Custom amounts must be more than $1.00, and less-than, or equal-to the remaining balance.
- In the card section, use the drop-down arrow to select your preferred payment method.
- Click Pay Now.
- Click Continue.
Turn off Automatic
You can turn off automatic payments if you prefer to do manual payments instead. Make sure to turn off the automatic payment setting at least 24 hours before your next payment is due. If you don't, your next payment may be processed automatically.

- Sign into the Shop app.
- In the home section, tap the purchase whose payment setting you want to change.
- Tap View Installments.
- Tap Payment Options.
- Make sure the automatic payment slider is swiped left.
Shop Pay on your Desktop
- Sign into your Shop Pay account
- From the home page, select the purchase whose payment setting you want to change.
- In the automatic payments section, click Edit.
- Click Disable.
- Click Turn Off.
- Click Continue.
