Update Payment Method

For privacy concerns, all billing information will need to be modified by the customer.

If you are looking to update a billing address on your account, you will also need to follow this guide. Billing addresses cannot be modified unless the card information is also updated.

Pura accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Prepaid cards

  • Gift cards

  • Shop Pay (conditions may apply)

Prepaid cards and Gift Cards are not available for subscription use.

Follow the guide below to update payment information:

  1. Log in to your Pura app.

  2. Tap on the Orders tab to view your subscriptions.

  3. Next to your current payment method, tap the three-dot menu and Edit Payment Info.

A pop-up will appear. Here, enter the new card information, and select Save.

Payment method updated successfully!
