Orders and Shipping


We want to make sure your experience seeking an exchange or refund is as pleasant as our fragrances.

To achieve this we created a Pura Return & Exchange Portal. Click on the link to get started right away!

To learn more about our Return/Exchange Policy, check either the "Refunds" or "Warranty Policy" buttons below.

If for some reason you're unable to process a replacement order, choose "Contact Customer Care" below.

We want you to get the most out of your Pura diffuser.

This is why we offer a 1-year warranty for all customers and a lifetime warranty for subscribers.

If you've purchased a diffuser under the 6-month commitment, you can cancel your subscription within 30 days and return your diffuser without penalty. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full price of the diffuser for any cancellation prior to fulfilling the 6-month commitment.

Gifted products are eligible for returns through the Returns Portal.

You will need to provide the order number and the zip code used at the time of purchase.

Please note that any refunds processed on gifted orders are issued to the original payment method. In-Store Credit refunds are issued to the payment method of the original purchase.

Gifted items are not eligible for exchanges.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.


Go to the Returns portal

Go to the Returns & Exchanges portal located on Pura.


Enter Order Number and Zip Code

Enter your order number in the format PSI123456 and your zip code, then select the Get Started button.

If you see an Order Not Found message when using the returns portal, make sure the beginning of your order starts with PSI, not PS1.

Additionally, ensure the zip code you're using is the same as what was used when placing the order.


Choose Item

Choose which item from your order you'd like to return or exchange.


Choose Return Option

For this example, we are returning our fragrance. To receive a refund for your item, select Return Item.

You can follow this same process to exchange by selecting the Exchange option.


Choose a reason for the return.


Additional items

Here you can add another item to your return, or if you have no other items in your order to include in the return, press Continue With Return.


Verify Return Order

Double-check your return request to ensure no steps were missed, then click Submit Return to process your request.


Submit return

If your return includes a Pura diffuser, you'll be emailed a return label to the email your Pura account is under. Print out your return label and return the products at your earliest convenience. Once we receive your package, we'll issue your refund.
