Why hasn't my item arrived yet

Once a tracking number has been provided it can take 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive.

If you haven't received a tracking number yet, this could mean a number of things. Check out the drop-downs below for more info.

If your order hasn't been marked as fulfilled, this means your order is still in processing. The warehouse has started packing your order, but it hasn't quite made it to the carrier yet.

If your order was marked fulfilled this means it is currently in transit to you.

If you don't have your tracking number or didn't receive a confirmation email, click on "Missing Confirmation email" below.
