To prevent unwanted future orders, you can adjust your subscription settings. Please note that any changes will only apply to future orders and will not affect active or current orders.

If you received a notification for an order you don't remember placing, it's likely a subscription order. The Subscribe and Save option may have been selected when you completed your purchase.
Open the Pura app and go to the Deliveries tab.
Click on the Change button above the desired fragrance, and then select Pause from the options.
Confirm by clicking **Yes, Pause My Subscription. **
The change will reflect at the top of the screen.
