Partial Orders

If a subscription order has an out-of-stock item and that item isn’t swapped before the scheduled shipment date, we’ll automatically send out the available items. This means you’ll get your fragrances faster, and out-of-stock items won’t delay your entire order.

Some things to note:

• You will only be charged for the items that ship.

• Out-of-stock items will be skipped for that month. Your subscription will resume as normal once they are back in stock.

• This change only applies to orders that include $20 or more in available items.

• Your order confirmation will highlight any removed items.

• Don’t forget, you can always swap out-of-stock fragrances in your Pura app.
