Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all diffusers and fragrances up to 30 days after the delivery date for products purchased in the United States through Pura.com.

Exchange portal
Exchanges are processed through Pura’s Exchange Portal. A return label will be provided free of charge. Once the exchange has been submitted, a new order will be placed with the requested exchange items. Order confirmation emails are sent to the email associated with the original order.

Faulty products may be eligible for warranty. See our Diffuser Warranty Policy for more information.

Returns Portal

Go to the Returns Portal located on pura.com and enter the order number you wish to exchange in the format of PSI123456, and the zip code, then select the Get Started button.

Choose Item

Choose the item from your order you would like to exchange.

Choose Reason

Select the reason for the exchange.

Enter Additional Information

You may need to enter additional information to process the exchange. Once the information has been entered, click Continue.

Choose the Fragrance Exchange option.

Choose the Fragrance Exchange option.

Choose Fragrance

Select the fragrance you wish to exchange for.

Confirm Decision

Confirm by selecting Exchange Item.

Repeat if Necessary

If you have more than one item in your order, you will need to repeat the process for each item you wish to exchange. Once all items have been processed, press Continue With Exchange

Refunded

Exchanges can be refunded to the original payment method, or through store credit. Select the preferred refund method.

Complete Exchange

Complete the exchange by clicking Submit Exchange.
