Update Payment Method

You can pay for Pura diffusers and fragrances in many ways, including:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Prepaid cards

  • Gift cards

  • Pay as you go

Note: Prepaid cards, and Gift cards are not available for subscription use.

Follow the guide below to update payment information:

Go to the Deliveries tab

Open the Pura app and go to the Deliveries tab at the bottom of the screen.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the screen

Click Settings in the top right corner of the screen.

Click Payment Option

In the settings page, scroll to the payment option and click the drop down.

Select Update Payment

Click Send Email

Click Send Email. An email will be sent to the one associated with your account.

Open the email and click View Payment Information

Open the email and click View Payment Information.

Note: If you are unable to find the email be sure to check your junk and spam folders.

Enter the card information and click Update Card
