Unsubscribe from your fragrance

Before you decide to unsubscribe, we'd like to remind you of our Pura Promise and our 'Why' behind our subscription services.

Please consider visiting Pura's subscription benefits and the Pura Promise page before canceling.

If you'd still like to unsubscribe, follow this guide:

Go to the Deliveries tab

Open the Pura app and go to the Deliveries tab.

Select 'Unsubscribe'

Click on the three dots in the top right corner, then click Unsubscribe.

Note: If you can't find the cancel subscription option, make sure to verify your account is under the correct email as the subscription.

Confirmation

Confirm you are unsubscribing from the correct fragrances by checking what is listed on your screen. If everything looks right, click Next.

Help us improve

To help us improve the subscriptions experience, please select a reason you're unsubscribing, then click Next.

Confirm Decision

Click Confirm to unsubscribe.
