What is Pura Car Automatic Mode?
Automatic mode is a default setting that enables the Pura Car diffuser to detect when you are in motion and begin scenting your space without manual intervention. It will also detect when motion has ceased and automatically turn off. This is so it only diffuses while you drive, making sure fragrance is never wasted.

Open App and Select My Pura Car
Note: Automatic mode is the default setting for Pura Car.
Open the Pura app and select My Pura Car.

Click Icon
Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the screen.

Click Settings
Tap the Settings tab to get to the feature control page.

Toggle Automatic mode
To turn the Automatic mode on, toggle the switch to the On position as shown below:

Motion Sensitivity
Adjust how responsive your diffuser is to the movement of your vehicle. This will affect wake-up and sleep behavior.
Slide the toggle to determine how sensitive your accelerometer is.
